How does China Oupeng Machinery CC wet centrifugal classifier work?
Centrifugal classifiers are highly efficient classifiers that utilize the principle of centrifugal sedimentation to continuously process particles and classify different particle diameters (large particles are removed while small particles are preserved).
Therefore, this classification method requires the use of a liquid separation medium (usually water) with a specific gravity between the weights of the two particles to be separated. The larger "heavier" boring particles sink to the bottom of the container, while the smaller "lighter" material floats on the liquid.
The quality of grading depends on the structure of the equipment specificity; it improves the distribution area of particle diameter and particle specific gravity, so that the overflow material after grading ensures the average particle diameter of the particles, especially for the gap and ultra-hard wear-resistant materials are very demanding.
