How to ensure; ultra clean food decanter centrifuge
We design as follows;
1. feeding tube online cleaning
Unprecedented on-line cleaning feed tube, unlocking the decanter centrifuge feed area and cone area and other key sanitary dead ends of clean.
2. Spray on-line cleaning
Optimized design of the top integrated online cleaning spray pipe design, with Oupeng machinery unique CIP (patented design "an automatic rotary CIP cleaning head" patent number ZL201620276161.8) cleaning program, easy to comprehensively clean the inside of the frame and the outside of the drum to reduce the amount of detergent to ensure maximum Hygienic grade. 3.
3. Unique spiral design
The special spiral structure ensures efficient conveying of solids and cleaning of hygienic corners at the drum gap, together with the unique CIP cleaning program, it perfectly cleans the residual materials inside the drum and on the spiral, ensuring consistent high quality in every production.

The ultra-clean centrifuge adopts a full stainless steel frame to minimize the risk of microbial adhesion.

Decanter centrifuges are used when separating solid-liquid mixtures with a high solids content. This decanter centrifuge, unlike a chamber filter press, is capable of continuous operation. The powerful centrifugal force enables the separation of fine solid particles from suspensions with different densities.

A decanter centrifuge can be thought of as a settling tank rotating around its axis. In a settling tank, solid particles heavier than the liquid sink to the bottom by gravity and form a precipitate (solid phase) at the bottom of the tank. For example, a decanter centrifuge used for the production of soymilk can be understood as a settling tank. In a centrifuge, the separation of the solid and liquid phases is achieved by centrifugal acceleration. In the self-rotating centrifuge rotor, the solid particles, which are denser and heavier than the liquid, move outward with the aid of centrifugal force. They form a sediment on the inner wall of the rotor. In a centrifuge, a centrifugal force of about 4,000 g is generated, compared to only 1 g in a gravitational field, so that solid particles are separated from liquids faster and more efficiently.

Decanter centrifuge feed
The material is introduced into the inlet area of the decanter centrifuge screw conveyor via a centrally arranged feed tube. Here, after gentle pre-acceleration, the material passes through the opening of the separator into the decanter centrifuge drum.
Decanter centrifuge drum
The decanter centrifuge drum is cylindrical plus conical in shape and rotates at a speed suitable for the separation task. The material rotates with the centrifuge drum and forms a concentric liquid layer on the inner wall of the drum. Under the action of centrifugal force, the solid particles contained within the material settle to the inner wall of the drum due to their higher density. The length of the cylindrical rotor and the cone angle of the cone can be adjusted in the manufacture of the decanter centrifuge according to the user's needs for processing materials.
Decanter centrifuge screw pusher
The decanter screw conveyor rotates at a speed slightly different from the drum speed and continuously pushes the settled solids towards the conical end of the drum. The differential speed determines the residence time of the solids in the drum of the decanter centrifuge, which is an important parameter in determining the dry solids content. Optimum separation can be achieved by varying the differential speed of the screw conveyor. Depending on the application and the task, the design of the screw conveyor varies.
Solid phase discharge port
The separated solids are discharged through a discharge hole in the cone end of the drum into a solids aggregate hood and downward.
Liquid level adjusting plate
The clarified liquid (liquid phase) flows to the conical end of the drum and is discharged out of the machine through an opening in the drum cover. An easily adjustable and highly accurate weir plate (level adjusting plate) makes it possible to accurately adjust the depth of the liquid layer in the drum (liquid pool depth). The overflow is discharged into a collecting pipe and is discharged from the machine by gravity.
