DGNS Filter thickener is a new type of equipment for continuous operation and continuous thickening of slurry.
DGNS filter thickener in the liquid uninterrupted feeding, filter pipe uninterrupted blowback unloading slag, in the whole filtration cycle, the filter cake is constantly off and by the stirring paddle broken and mixed uniformly, the thick slurry is constantly refluxed from the bottom of the tank to the reaction kettle.
DGNS filter thickener with reactor can increase the concentration of the reactor, and make the particle size distribution more narrow, better spherical appearance. The feeding quantity is not limited by the volume of the reactor, and can be fed, reacted and concentrated at the same time.
DGNS filtration concentrator adopts PE polymer sintered microfiltration membrane with high precision of 0.25um, which can intercept particles above 0.5um at one time, with high interception rate and no need of coated bridges.
