National Invention Patent
The only manufacturer in China to hold the patent for this invention
Combines the dual advantages of a disc separator and a horizontal screw centrifuge, with a maximum of 8,000 xg
Invention Patent ZL2015 10512461.1
·‘A Pressure-Discharge Type Double-Cone Centrifuge’ – applied for in 2015, granted in April 2017, currently valid – introduced by Oupeng Machinery in collaboration with the German company HLW Separation Technology. The company also holds three national invention patents and over 20 utility and design patents.
Combines the best of both worlds — offering both the high-concentration solid feed capacity of a standard horizontal screw centrifuge and the clear separation results of a disc centrifuge; two functions in one machine · Clearer Supernatant — With a clarification effect equivalent to that of a disc centrifuge, the supernatant is crystal-clear and can be reused directly or fed into the next process stage· Direct Discharge of Dry Cake — With a cake discharge capacity equivalent to that of a standard horizontal screw centrifuge, the dry cake is discharged continuously and directly, eliminating the need for manual clearance.
High-concentration compatibility — With a feed concentration equivalent to that of standard horizontal screw centrifuges, it can handle high-concentration solid feedstocks and is suitable for a wide range of operating conditions. An ultra-high separation factor of 8,000×g enables separation precision down to 0.5 micrometres, ensuring even fine particles are efficiently retained.
Doubled retention time — The unique structural design doubles the retention time of the material within the drum compared to standard horizontal screw centrifuges, resulting in more thorough separation.
Unique double-cone design — specifically engineered for fine, paste-like materials that are difficult to process in standard centrifuges, ensuring smooth discharge without blockages.
